In a city surrounded by concrete, markets, gardens, and hidden patches of wild greenery, we discovered something magical, the flavours of Singapore growing quietly all around us. What began as small explorations of edible plants soon evolved into a deeper journey: understanding how taste can root us to a place.
From these early discoveries came the inspiration to craft teas and sauces that honour the botanicals of our tropical landscape.

Our Story
Gastrogeography of Singapore began as an art-led exploration of edible plants that thrive in our environment the leaves, roots, flowers, and fruits that often go unnoticed in daily life. As we studied, documented, and tasted the landscapes around us, we became fascinated by how flavour reflects history, culture, and identity.
This journey led us to create Myristica Hill, our line of Botanical Teas and Tropical Temptations, our small-batch sauces. Each blend and jar is inspired by the land itself: clean ingredients, tropical botanicals, and flavours rooted firmly in Singapore’s climate and culture.
What started as curiosity has grown into a craft sharing the beauty of local ingredients through modern, flavourful creations.
