Q What if my sauce bottle arrives damaged or leaking?
Our sauces are are packaged in glass bottles under high pressure in order to make it preservative-free. On rare occasions, movement during transit may cause the seal to loosen or the bottle to break, which can result in leakage. If this happens, please do not consume the product and contact us with a photo of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
