How long will my order take to arrive?

Local delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What if my order arrives incomplete or incorrect?
If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
What if my order is delayed?
Courier delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we’ll assist.

Q What if my sauce bottle arrives damaged or leaking?
Our sauces are are packaged in glass bottles under high pressure in order to make it preservative-free. On rare occasions, movement during transit may cause the seal to loosen or the bottle to break, which can result in leakage. If this happens, please do not consume the product and contact us with a photo of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If the product does not meet your satisfaction, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.

Our products are made without preservatives, artificial flavors, or unnecessary additives, and contain no vegetable or palm oils. Sauces are packaged in glass bottles to help reduce microplastic exposure. Every product is developed with health, safety, and ingredient integrity in mind.

Our sauces are professionally prepared and bottled in glass to maintain purity and avoid microplastic contamination. Made without preservatives, they capture the bold, tropical flavours that inspire our kitchen.
To enjoy them at their best:
• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7–14 days.
For longer storage, you may freeze these sauces in portion sizes.
• Always use a clean, dry spoon to preserve flavour and freshness.
• Stir gently before usec natural oil separation is normal.
• Seal tightly after each use.
• Recycle or repurpose the glass bottle where possible.
(Each jar features an indented safety seal on the lid. If the seal is raised, it may have been affected by pressure changes, please contact contact info@gos.sg if you have any issues with the product.
